Brett, I loved your explanation about how it works when we think about what has already been formed(I’m sorry I can’t reference exactly which video). It gave me a means of discerning what thought is helpful to navigate life vs. The white noise of personal thinking. As you said in the video, I don’t seem to have any influence over how they appear, or how fast. But what I heard put me back in the driver’s seat, in the sense that I could see what was an unnecessary endeavour; that is, I don’t have to think more about the thinking about personal thought. That opened up the possibility of fresh thought. The wisdom that does arrive for me, whether it be mind blowing or mundane, seems to occur in the rear view mirror. But my recognition of it is quite cool. Thanks.
